In 1965, Toon Willems took over the taxi company from his mother Drieka Willems-Roosen, who had continued the company after the decease of her husband Johan Willems. In 1993, the two eldest sons of Toon and Netje Willems – Geert-Jan and Rob – took over the management of the taxi company.

Throughout the years, the family company focused more and more on commercial transport. To this means, luxuriously equipped private cars, vans, and VIP-Cars were purchased. The transport of passengers in their own car is one of the options as well.

Currently, the company has around twenty vehicles and about twentyfive employees.
